اولین شرط لازم برای پاسداری از اسلام، اعتقاد داشتن به امام حسین(ع) است. هیچ کس نمی‌تواند پاسداری از اسلام کند در حالی که ایمان و یقین به اباعبدالله‌الحسین(ع) نداشته باشد. اگر امروز ما در صحنه‌های پیکار می‌رزمیم و اگر امروز ما پاسدار انقلابمان هستیم و اگر امروز پاسدار خون شهدا هستیم و اگر مشیت الهی بر این قرار گرفته که به دست شما رزمندگان و ملت ایران، اسلام در جهان پیاده شود و زمینه ظهور حضرت امام زمان(عج) فراهم گردد، به واسطه عشق، علاقه و محبت به امام حسین(ع) است من تکلیف می‌کنم شما «رزمندگان» را به وظیفه عمل کردن و حسین‌وار زندگی کردن. در زمان غیبت کبری به کسی «منتظر» گفته میشود و کسی می‌تواند زندگی کند که منتظر باشد، منتظر شهادت، منتظر ظهور امام زمان(عج). خداوند امروز از ما همت، اراده و شهادت‌طلبی می‌خواهد. در این وصیت نامه فقط مقدار بدهکاریها و بستانکاریها را جهت مشخص شدن برای بازماندگان و پیگیری آنها می نویسم،به انضمام مسائل شرعی دیگر.
مسائل شرعی:
الف) نماز: به نظرم نمی آید بدهکار باشم.ولی مواقعی از اوان ممکن است صحیح نخوانده باشم،لذا یکسال نماز ضروری است خوانده شود.
ب)روزه:تعداد190روزه قرض دارم و نتوانستم بگیرم.
ج)خمس:سی و پنج هزار ریال به دفتر آیت الله پسندیده بدهکار هستم.
د)حق الناس: وای از آتش جهنم و عالم برزخ،خداوند عالم بصیراست.
مادیات :
الف:بدهکاریها:
مبلغ شش هزار تومان معادل شصت هزار ریال به طرح و عملیات ستاد مرکزی بدهکارم،البته قبض دویست هزار ریال است،ولی ازاین مبلغ شصت هزار ریال بدهی بنده است.
وام یک میلیون ریالی از ستاد منطقه 1گرفته ام که ماهانه بیشتر ازهزار ریال باید بدهم، از این مبلغ هزار و هفتصد و پنجاه تومان حق مسکن را سپاه می دهد و دویست و پنجاه تومان از حقوقم کسر نمایند.
پنج هزار ریال به آقای مهجور (ستاد لشگر) پول نقد بدهکارم و پرداخت شد توسط در گاهی.
ب- بستانکاریها:
مبلغ هفتاد و پنجهزار ریال رهن منزل که به آقای رحمانی توفیقی جهت منزل مسه داده بودم و طلبکارم.این منزل را بمدت یکسال اجاره نمودم. باتفاق آقای رحمان توفیقی که ما در طبقه بالا و رحمان در طبقه پایین زندگی می کردند و ظاهرا شهیدحسن باقری از طریق آقای استادان منزل را از شخصی بنام معاضدی(صاحب اصلی خونه)اجاره کرده بودند،ولی نامبرده یکسال است که مبلغ فوق را مسترد ننموده است.
مقداری پول هم که مبلغ آن را نمیدانم (یادم نیست)نزد پدرم داشته‌ام و مقداری هم مجددا اگر به پدرم داده‌ام جهت بدهی‌ها پدرم برای خانه‌ای که ه بود تا با آن زندگی کنیم ولی خانه متعلق به پدرم میباشد و من فقط مبلغ فوق ویکصد هزار تومان وام مندرج در بند2. بدهکاریها را از مبلغ نهصد و سی هزار تومان وجه بابت خانه مسی که پدرم ه بوده است را داده‌ام که در صورت مرگ من و خانه مستدعی است.باقیمانده وام را به سپاه برگردانده و طلبکاری من از پدرم رابه همسر و فرزندم بدهید و باقیمانده پول خانه هم طبیعتا به پدرم میرسد.مطلب دیگری به ذهنم نمی‌رسد و اگر کسی مراجعه کرد با توجه به وصییت من اقدام نمایید

?Eve' s Fault
The three religions agree on one basic fact: Both women and men are created by God, The Creator of the whole universe.
However, disagreement starts soon after the creation of the first man, Adam, and the first woman, Eve. The Judaeo- Christian conception of the creation of Adam and Eve is narrated in detail in Genesis( . 2: 4- 24)
God prohibited both of them from eating the fruits of the forbidden tree. The serpent seduced Eve to eat from it and Eve, in turn, seduced Adam to eat with her.
When God rebuked Adam for what he did, he put all the blame on Eve,
" The woman you put here with me -- she gave me some fruit from the tree and I ate it( " . Genesis, 3: 12)
Consequently, God said to Eve:
" I will greatly increase your pains in childbearing; with pain you will give birth to children. Your desire will be for your husband and he will rule over you( " . Genesis, 3: 16)
To Adam He said:
" Because you listened to your wife and ate from the tree of which I forbidden you to eat“ , Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life( " . Genesis, 3: 17)
The Islamic conception of the first creation is found in several places in the Qur’ an, for example:
" O Adam! Dwell with

your wife in the Garden and enjoy as you wish but approach not this tree or you run into harm and transgression. Then Satan whispered to them in order to reveal to them their shame that was hidden from them and he said' : Your Lord only forbade you this tree lest you become angels or such beings as live forever' .
And he swore to them both that he was their sincere adviser. So by deceit he brought them to their fall: when they tasted the tree their shame became manifest to them and they began to sew together the leaves of the Garden over their bodies.
And their Lord called unto them: ' Did I not forbid you that tree and tell you that Satan was your avowed enemy' ? They said' : Our Lord we have wronged our own souls and if You forgive us not and bestow not upon us Your Mercy, we shall certainly be lost( '" . 7: 19- 23)
A careful look into the two accounts of the story of the Creation reveals some essential differences.
The Qur’ an, contrary to the Bible, places equal blame on both Adam and Eve for their mistake. Nowhere in the Qur’ an can one find even the slightest hint that Eve tempted Adam to eat from the tree or even that she had eaten before him. Eve in the Qur’ an is no temptress, no seducer, and no deceiver. Moreover, Eve is not to be blamed for the pains of childbearing. God, according to the Qur’ an, punishes no one

for another' s faults. Both Adam and Eve committed a sin [ 1] and then asked God for forgiveness and He forgave them both.

[1]: Shi’ah Muslims do not subscribe to the belief that Adam and Eve committed a ‘sin’. They argue that Adam was a prophet and prophets do not sin. Furthermore Adam eating from the tree was before he was sent to the earth {where the ‘Permissible & Forbidden’ (halal & haram) and ‘Obedience & Disobedience’ are applicable and possible}. داستان استر و مُردخاي، دو يهودي مخفي و نفوذي دربار هخامنشي، قدرت و كارايي اين شگرد را به طور كامل، واضح، اثبات و آشكار مي‌كند. آن گونه كه دركتاب «استر» [۱] بيان شده است: مردخاي يهودي پس از ورود و نفوذ به دربار خشايارشاي هخامنشي، هَدَسه يا همان «استر» دختر برادر [۲] خود را نيز با ترفندي زيركانه وارد دربار مي‌كند تا جايي كه او با دلفريبي، مقام ملكه را از آنِ خود مي‌سازد. استر و مردخاي نفوذ خود را در دربار و نزد خشايارشا افزايش و گسترش مي‌دهند و سرانجام در قالب توطئه اي سهمناك، هامان وزير اعظم دربار هخامنشي را به همراه جمعي از فرزندان و اعضاي خانواده ي او به اتهام ضديت با يهود يا يهود ستيزي، در شوش پايتخت دولت هخامنشي به طرز فجيعي به قتل مي‌رسانند.
